The ADC Annual Awards is the oldest continuously running industry award show in the world. He Joined ADBRAIN Inc. on 1989 (to the present). He has working on the package design for over quarter century. Now, he is belonging to the management department at ADBRAIN, working on business development and design education and adviser in his company.
Masanori have been the board member of Japan Package Design Association (JPDA), in charge of Public relation, Regional development, and International exchange. Also, he had taught about global package design to the students and companies, on Japan and Taiwan.
He has also served on the jury of the A’ Design award and competition (2014-2021), The Dieline Awards (2015-2016), The Vertex Awards (2015-2021), Kyiv International Advertising Festival (2015), Muse Creative Awards (2016-2021), and Japan Package Design Awards (2014-2020).
