Isabel Lapp, 41, born and based in Düsseldorf. Executive Creative Director and mom. Happily married to my man and my job. Started 2001 as a creative copywriter and since then worked as a Creative Director on FMCG, retail, food & drinks, media, telecommunications, automotive, charity, fashion, health and beauty and lifestyle brands at DDB, Grey, McCann, JWT, Havas, etc.
Since 2018 I am leading the creative department at Scholz & Friends Düsseldorf and from 2020 Member of the Management Board.
