The ADC Annual Awards is the oldest continuously running industry award show in the world. Now in its incredible 102nd year, these awards celebrate the very best in advertising, digital media, graphic and publication design, packaging and product design, motion, experiential and spatial design, photography, illustration and fashion design all with a focus on artistry and craftsmanship.

With a degree in Mass Communication, Vasudha started her career in social communication. However, soon realizing that she was more suited to selling soap than starting a movement for popularizing vasectomy, she switched over to the more capitalist branch of communication. In the past 19+ odd years, she has launched the first few dot coms of the country with some iconic work on Naukri.com, Jeevansathi.com and 99acres.com. She then went on to launch and head the most maverick telecom brand - TATA DOCOMO. In recent years, Vasudha has been responsible for the work done on Tinder -Start Something Epic (2018 & 2020), VIVO, FabHotels, OkCupid, and Havells RO Water purifiers - Paani Se Panga Mat Lo. Her work on tinder, portrayed women empowerment with a smile and sass, illustrating narratives for independence, choice and consent need not be heavy or serious. The campaign was talked about and covered in India and across the globe. Vasudha has been in the under 30’s hot creatives list by Brand Equity. Featured as one of the most inspiring women in Media and Advertising in a piece done by India Television on Women’s Day. Has also been recognized for her contribution to gender sensitivity, and one of her works has been awarded the Laadli Award. Vasudha also writes and comments on women’s portrayal in advertising from time to time. She has been part of the grand jury at New York Festivals, Cresta awards, The Immortal Awards jury and final judge at Adstars and also judged local award shows. Her work for Tinder won a blue elephant at Kyoorius’18 for and was a shortlist at Spikes’18 in film craft. She has also won many local awards at the ad shows for creativity and effectiveness.
