Marc is the EVP, Executive Director of Strategic Inclusion at Foote, Cone & Belding in Chicago, where he is responsible for all diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within FCB, as they relate across the workforce, workplace and the creative output of the agency. During his over 15 years of agency experience, Marc has played an integral role in the strategic planning discipline at several full-service global advertising agencies, including Foote, Cone & Belding, mcgarrybowen, Latinworks, Havas and R/GA. Over that time, he has been able to use his strategic acumen and intimate knowledge of the multicultural space to make a significant impact on top blue-chip brands, including Target, Volkswagen, Bud Light, Major League Baseball, Lowe’s Home Improvement, JCPenney, Disney, The Four Seasons and Oscar Mayer. Marc received his bachelor’s from Duke University, where he majored in Psychology and Sociology, his Master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a doctorate in Business Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
