Born in Niigata Japan. Lives in Tokyo Japan. After graduating from Chuo University, Naoya worked for a few graphic design company and then he started working as a freelance graphic designer in 2013. Set up HIBA INC. in 2019. Naoya founded record label and publishing label, and published free magazine called “pink”. Co-founder of photo book publishing label called “Kesa Publishing”. The Japan Book Design Award Gold. Japan Catalog Exhibition “N.F.S.B.A President Prize”. Senken-Ryutsu Ad Prize “Second Prize”. TIGDA Finalist. Selected for NYADC, JAGDA, Tokyo ADC and Tokyo TDC.
