Red Barbaza is an award winning editor born and raised in Toronto. Inspired by the art and music of his hometown, he taught himself to edit while cutting music videos for local artists. Eventually, he worked his way up to creating some truly iconic films for artists like The Weeknd, Big Sean, Disclosure, Death From Above, French Montana and BADBADNOTGOOD which all bear his signature evocative cutting style. He now leads the editorial team at Common Good collaborating with brands such as Nike, Google, Jordan Brand, Adidas, Audi and TikTok to create arresting work reflective of his connection to modern cultural landscapes.
