Jan Fincke’s first professional training was at the main German television stations, ARD & ZDF, where he worked on TV movies as well as major TV shows as trainee. He subsequently studied production at the Babelsberg Film School in Potsdam Babelsberg. After graduating, Jan moved into commercial production and after working at various production companies he restarted the CZAR office in Germany in 2007 as MD and partner.
After starting out all alone, he soon managed to gather a wonderful team with whom he has opened offices in Hamburg, Berlin and Zurich.
