Cara Mandel is a multiple Clio Award-winning Los Angeles-based producer who specializes in writing, directing, and producing creative content in all forms.

After many years working in the film industry, Cara transitioned into the experiential industry in 2017 and would later become the head of the Story Experience department for Meow Wolf, overseeing a team of 14 multidisciplinary writers, producers, developers, and experience designers through production of the Las Vegas (Omega Mart) and Denver (Convergence Station) exhibitions as well as Producing AR activations for the Santa Fe exhibition (The House of Eternal Return).

Recently, Cara has transitioned to the Metaverse and now proudly works as the Senior Producer, AltspaceVR and Microsoft Mesh at Microsoft.

Cara is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Interwoven Immersive Inc., a collective specializing in creating immersive entertainment, interactive events, alternate reality games, and brand activations. The company is known for crafting personalized, narrative-driven immersive experiences with high-level puzzling and game mechanisms.

She has been a member of the Producers Guild of America since 2013.
