Lulu Raghavan is the Managing Director of Landor & Fitch, India’s largest brand transformation and design agency, which consistently ranks amongst the top design agencies in India. The agency picked up 21 Transform India awards earlier in the year and has been shortlisted for Campaign South Asia Brand Design Agency of the Year 2022. She has over two decades of experience in brand strategy, brand expression, brand experience and retail design, cultural transformation, brand management and brand performance. She is part of Landor & Fitch’s Global Management Board and the APAC Executive Team. Lulu’s clients over the years include the Tata Group, Mahindra Group, Aditya Birla Group, Jubilant Bhartia Group, National Stock Exchange, Axis Bank, V-Guard Industries, Indian Oil, Digit Insurance to name just a few. Lulu is a renowned industry commentator and thought leader. She conceptualised and anchored Bloomberg UTV’s “Beyond Logo” TV show to evangelise branding in India. She is also a frequent speaker and moderator at brand and design conferences. Lulu was on the Cannes Lions Design Jury and the Young Lions Design Jury at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity in 2018. Other juries she has been on include Business World Future of Design Awards 2018, India Design Excellence Awards 2022, India’s Best Design Awards 2022, DMAasia ECHO CREATEFFECT Awards 2022, IMPACT 30 Under 30 Grand Jury 2022. Recently, she was the Chief Guest at the convocation ceremony of Ecole Intuit School of Design in 2022. Lulu was named one of India’s 50 most influential women in media, marketing and advertising in 2015 and 2019 by IMPACT Magazine. In 2022, Lulu was one of three women shortlisted for Campaign Asia’s Mentor of the Year. Lulu is very passionate about women in leadership. She was a founding member of the WPP Stella India programme (mentorship for high potential women leaders) and currently serves on the Super Council. She is also a Communications Advisor to Julia Middleton’s Women Emerging organisation and a syndicated member of leap.club’s “the table”, an early stage fund exclusively for women-led businesses. Lulu is dedicated to evangelising the power of design and brand to create commercial value, social impact and personal legacy.
