In Jessica Toye's first year at JWT New York, her team created an opportunity with Black Lives Matter and our work brought them from the frontlines to online and got them on Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2017. She also brought in the News Literacy Project and created work about teaching youth to read and decipher the news, which got international journalists and educators talking.

She spoke and was interviewed at a One Club event for students, Young Ones and Young Guns about how winning at the One Show has impacted her life and future, was interviews by Pinterest for a "Right the Ratio" campaign about diversity and gender in the advertising industry that featured women such as Cindy Gallop, as well was chosen as an Idea Leader for a collaboration between the 4A's and Pinterest on Art Direction inspiration.

This year, she was also featured on Adweek's Creative 100 as one of the "14 Young Agency Creatives Whose Work Is Far Ahead of Its Time" and the 4A's "100 People Who Make Advertising Great".
