My goal, as creative person, is to be the best version of myself I can be. To take what makes my point of view different and share it with the world in a way that resonates and strikes a chord with a wider audience. This sounds like an obvious thing to say, but I think as women we forget that a lot. Especially in a male-dominated industry, where we are constantly looking to prove our worth as a torch-bearing, flag-carrying “Female Creative” - so much so that we tend to forget that sometimes, the best way to be a woman in advertising is to just be yourself.
I think, just like people, every brand can show the world who they are in a way that nobody else can touch - and I believe it’s my job to help find and chart that path with them.
