We're a Brazillian creative team (who also became BFFs!) who have just stepped up as ACDs.

We believe in making the agency environment a better and more enjoyable place for our team, especially the women.

We're also dedicated to using our work as a tool for gender equality. With a 98% team, we created "SponsorShe", which sponsors every girl in Brazil, so they can have an opportunity to train soccer for free.

As an LGBT+ woman, Mellina is part of Gut's Committee and Paula is a supporter. Pushing diversity outside the creative area, organized the first mentorship program for trans people and lots of talks about inclusion.

This cause is important to us and "Iconic Kisses" is a project that made us really proud of the impact and change it made.

But we're also firm believers that women not only create for the "diversity" projects. We're very proud of works we did for Flamengo, the biggest soccer team in Brazil, such as "Faith Delivery".

Our partnership led us to works highlighted by Cannes, One Show, Clio, Effie and more.
