The power of creativity has been a part of Carla’s world since childhood. She began her designing as a hobbyist at 12, and that passion became fueled with purpose over her 11 year career trajectory. Today, Carla is a Creative Director leading a team of best-in-class digital advertising for world renowned brands. She works tirelessly to amplify the mission of DEI in the advertising industry through thought leadership, speaking events, and mentorship of the next generation of creatives. Her greatest goal; to create a culture in the industry that amplifies the voices media so often appropriates from, and to create opportunities for the overlooked and marginalized.
