Harshad Rajadhyaksha has been a passionate member of India's advertising creative community for the past 24 years.

A Mumbai University topper in Applied Art, he has soaked in varied work cultures at agencies such as Trikaya (Grey), Mudra (DDB), Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett and JWT
His longest association so far has been with Ogilvy Mumbai (11 years), where he currently functions as the Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy India and oversees work on some of India's largest and finest brands.

Harshad, in his long-standing and cherished partnership with fellow-CCO Kainaz Karmakar, has led work that has won international honours which consist of One Show Gold Pencils, Clios, New York Festivals, D&AD pencils (including 2 special D&AD Impact White Pencils), Spikes, AdFest, Asia-Pacific Effies, AMEs and Lions of all colours at Cannes. These include Ogilvy Worldwide's first Glass Lion for Beauty Tips By Reshma, and Ogilvy Worldwide's and Asia's first Grand Prix Lion for Creative Effectiveness, for Savlon Healthy Hands Chalk Sticks.

These are besides numerous Indian awards that include Kyoorius Creative Awards, Abbies and Cag.

Whenever he gets to steal moments away from advertising, you will mostly find Harshad capturing those moments in his camera. He loves street photography and maintains a much-loved album named Close Shave Called Mumbai on his Facebook page.
