ONE Asia Creative Awards celebrates the best creative work of the year from the Asia Pacific region. Formerly known as the One Show Greater China Awards, which was founded in 2014 by The One Club for Creativity, the awards were established because of the tremendous growth and evolution of creativity in the Asia Pacific market. Description
The Northern Japan Alps, home to the country's only glacier, sits amid majestic nature like none other.
The website presents SUNTORY Tennensui, a natural water produced over a lengthy process.
We took over 10,000 high-precision aerial photos of every little detail of the Northern Japan Alps.
The data totals 200 gigabytes.
With photogrammetry, we analyzed and combined the images to produce an exact 3D model of the Northern Japan Alps in a virtual space.
We easily captured images of surfaces that would not be possible with physical cameras.
The video begins when the user accesses the website.
The story begins with a scene glittering in the morning sun, quickly unfolding, and taking us on a journey around the majestic Northern Japan Alps.
We follow along with the storytellers and watch the glacier transform and flow, its water being filtered as it flows through granite in the ground, and other parts of the water cycle.
Each video comes with an article for each chapter in a 3D space.
The user can move seamlessly by interacting with the space at any time.
And while the videos on the website loop endlessly, the contents of the narration change each time.
And of course, the entire site can be experienced on a smartphone, tablet, computer, or other device.
The site is built for seamless viewing.
This completely new experience quickly became a hot topic around the world.
Even though the data captures the real world, it doesn't actually feel real.
