The TDC competition, established in 1953, is the longest running, most prestigious, global typography and type design competition. Now in its 70th year, these awards are all about how letterforms are used and drawn, recognizing typographic excellence and celebrating new typeface designs in all global languages.

Description
Conceived as a modular poster with a dual information layout. The Displaced information upright and The Host Countries upside down in order to show the 2 sides of the story on the same piece. The public can interact and turn around the piece to read all data as well.
Each country is set in ABC Gravity XX Compressed by spacing the characters and giving each letter a 9° angle tilt forward adding more perspective and tridimensionality to communicate the dramatic effects of displacement. Generating a graphic rhythm as the dual information becomes interlaced.
The poster size is 24 × 90 cm to allocate more than 1 poster on a single paper sheet for better use of materials and time production costs.
Installed side by side over public spaces to create a wallpaper typographic pattern as well.
Printed with fluorescent green Pantone 802 C and black ink.
