Every year, Polar, Ltda. commits to making a calendar that explores the passage of time in an unusual way. In 2023, the Calendar simultaneously explores how many days of the year have passed and how many still remain for it to end. In the background, there's a table containing all the days, weeks and months. The days of the week are ordered in the header, while the days of the month are read from left to right in the following lines, accompanied by the progressive and regressive count of the days of the year. In the foreground, the numbers 0, 2 and 3 —as in 2023— were sectioned horizontally, establishing a visual relation with the table lines and adding complexity to the layout through the mixed inks of the four Pantone colors that compose the Calendar.
