The TDC competition, established in 1953, is the longest running, most prestigious, global typography and type design competition. Now in its 70th year, these awards are all about how letterforms are used and drawn, recognizing typographic excellence and celebrating new typeface designs in all global languages.

Description
The book consists of two parts—research about the Dadaist movement with an experimental layout, and a visual essay where I experimented with letterforms, textures and colours, and their combinations. The edition was 5 books, so I decided to make each one of them individual, without repetitive motifs, so basically there are no two exact same pages of the visual essay in all five books. The motifs were printed in the linocut technique by hand.
