About the Work

Mobile phones and tech have become a constant source of distraction, reducing our ability to focus. But instead of rejecting the integration of phones into our lives, we used science to create a mobile game that’s good for the brain and showcase the strength of La Trobe University’s academic offering.

Introducing NURO, a first-of-its-kind game designed to prime your mind for learning. NURO combines cognitive neuroscience and computer science, with educational theory and has been adopted as a learning tool at all six La Trobe University campuses.
