SATS is Scandinavia’s leading fitness chain, with centers all over Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Their mission is to improve public health in Nordic countries.
Under the campaign "Train Your Brain" we are actively shifting focus from physical appearance to mental health.
Research shows that physical movement while talking about difficult things, can help you think more clearly and make you see solutions you wouldn’t do otherwise.
Therefore, we introduced a new type of PT class to improve your physical and mental health at the same time: SATS Walk & Talk. An hour-long session where we encourage people to put on their shoes, go for a walk and talk to one of our mental coaches on the phone.
