About the Work
The NRA Children’s Museum for gun control and anti-gun violence advocacy organization Change the Ref, directed by Bryan Buckley, JC Feyer, and Alex Gorosh, tells the story of a fleet of buses filled with an ever-growing collection of photos, videos, audio records, and personal memories of children who fell victim to gun violence. The film shows grieving parents who have lost children to school shootings across America in Uvalde, Parkland, and Sandy Hook to mobilize in Houston to pressure Ted Cruz, the first Senator visited by the NRA CHildren’s Museum, to take a stand. Now, Change the Ref is raising funds to continue its tour and visit more elected, NRA-funded senators and force them to take action for gun control.
