About the Work
The campaign is tailored for consultant companies and potential clients who are tired of working with these bullshiters. The world of consultancy is full of people trying to oversell their products and fill gaps with the newest technology. This creates an environment of emptiness, canned solutions and lots of boredom for people working on it.
The challenge was to position Globant as a challenger brand and a doer rather than a talker. Their still startup mentality despite being a 26k employee company is what makes their business a complete success and cuts through the rest. Because they work alongside clients by actually sitting with them and not selling things that aren’t really a solution for their consulted.
The global campaign insights were provided by real data of clients working with these companies and it showcases two of the most common ones of the consultancy world. Companies filing thousands of slides with nothing, with whatever they can find to raise their rates, with bullshit. The other example is the recycling of solution plans for many clients, no matter what they do. Feeling like they actually copy and paste them.
