Waka Kotahi (New Zealand Transport Agency) wanted to not only challenge the way people think about their speeding but the way they feel about the Police who enforce it.
The solution was to simply and honestly show a traffic cop’s routine. The stark contrast between the tired excuses they hear and the horrific scenes they see.
