Armed Violence in Latin America not only has consequences on direct victims, materialized in homicides, but also generates invisible effects in all the society: psychological affectations, limitations in accessing health and education services, the restriction of the possibilities of personal, social and community participation development, among others.

In this context, the intervention of the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross) to reduce and prevent humanitarian consequences was more necessary than ever. But unfortunately, a problem that has become a daily fact of life, was becoming one more, playing down prominence.

Filmed in the suburbs of CDMX, one of the most dangerous areas in Latin America, the short film shows the path of a shot and the analysis of a Police Expert, how a stray bullet kills a young baker and does not stop, affecting his family and friends, destroying his dreams and generating consequences to the entire community, even turning the aggressor into a victim of Armed Violence in Latin America.
