Operation Smile Colombia, the most important institution for the rehabilitation of newborn children with cleft palate and cleft lip in the world, has been working for more than 20 years to make life easier for thousands of families and children with cleft palate from the most vulnerable populations, providing them with through reconstructive plastic surgery and multidisciplinary treatment, in order to influence their social and family integration.
