Fixnip is a new revolutionary nipple reconstruction device that allows cancer survivors that have lost their nipples to have them back. So to launch the product in Spain we filmed an open letter addressed to Instagram, an infamous nipple censor, warning them about hundreds of new nipples will be coming to their platform soon. The open letter was posted on the same platform, and in it 3 real women cancer survivors stated that they were very looking forward to Instagram censoring their new nipples. Happy to be censored was a bold and provocative statement that social media users immediately loved and shared becoming a viral phenomenon in Spain that was covered by all the most important general media in the country.
