Tim is a creative who has always had both a hard time sitting still and a strong aversion to complacency: a healthy combination.
When he joined Mullen in 2010, the charge was simple: Spearhead a creative resurgence and make Mullen internationally recognized for its creativity and innovation. Since then Mullen has made the Ad Age Agency A-List for four out of the last five years, and has received awards and acclaim from the most revered shows, publications and critics in our industry. As ECD, Tim oversees a wonderfully diverse group of creative misfits shaping campaigns for JetBlue, Acura, Zappos, National Geographic, American Greetings, U.S. Cellular, Google and others.
Before Mullen, Tim was a partner and creative director at Modernista!, where he crafted campaigns for HUMMER, Cadillac, TIAA-CREF, Napster, Rockport and (RED). During his tenure, Modernista! was named Regional Agency of the Year by Adweek and considered the fastest-growing independent shop in the country.
Before Modernista!, he was a creative director at Arnold Worldwide, where he worked on the celebrated Volkswagen “Drivers Wanted” campaign for eight years. Tim has won just about every national and international award, but he feels most fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn from and work with some of the best in the business.
