Anh believes in magic. Ever since her college internship at Disney, she has been fascinated by social experiences crafted by thoughtful designs, meaningful interactions, and a li'l bit of magic. She cultivated these interests during her graduate studies at the New York University Interactive Telecommunications Program, by experimenting with interactive expressions of traditional narratives in physical and digital spaces.

As the Lead Experience Strategist at The New York Times, she continues to explore ways to create meaningful and magical experiences for consuming the news on digital platforms. She teaches and lectures at a variety of institutions, including School of Visual Arts, Pratt Institute, and Columbia School of Journalism.

Prior to The Times, Anh developed her expertise in user experience and user research at Razorfish, consulting for clients in various industries including travel, automotive, consumer products, and finance.
