Danny Lockwood is Senior Vice President, Creative & Video Production at Capitol Music Group, based in Los Angeles, CA. A veteran of the music business, Danny has worked for each of the major record companies including Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment and Warner Music. He has produced hundreds of videos across many genres of music for such artists as Katy Perry, Jennifer Lopez, Elton John, Rod Stewart, Ricky Martin, Snoop Dogg, Celine Dion, John Legend, Metallica, System Of A Down, John Mayer and many more.

His work has been recognized with numerous awards including MTV Video Music Awards, Grammys, MTV EMAs, Billboard, MVPA Awards, People’s Choice Awards and others. Most recently, Danny was the recipient of the 2013 Doug Kratz Award for Creative Excellence at the 2013 MVPA Awards and was nominated for a Grammy in January for his work on the Capital Cities “Safe And Sound” music video.
