Rikako Nagashima is a Tokyo-based graphic designer/art director.

Born in 1980, she graduated from Musashino Art University with a BA Visual Communication in 2003.

Her major works include art direction and design for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and Ryuichi Sakamoto's concert at YCAM. She also boasts a Collaboration with BAOBAO ISSEY MIYAKE, and art direction of an annual corporate advertisement for a Japanese shopping mall called, "Laforet Harajuku". Rikako collaborated with Japanese modern artist, Tatsuo Miyajima for "PEACE SHADOW PROJECT". She now has her own brand, "HUMAN_NATURE".

Her work includes a wide range of disciplines including branding, package design, product design, and advertising.
