Sheena been in the industry that spans more than 26 years in the Greater China region, where she worked for impeccable agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, D'Arcy, and DDB Group Greater China. She played a integral and instrumental role on both the creative and strategic front to build strong business partnership with many international and local clients such as L'Oreal Groupe, Citibank, P&G, Unilever, J&J, Coca-Cola, Fidelity International, Avon Cosmetics, Sanofi Pharmaceutical, Philips, Nestle, and General Motors (Buick and Cadillac) amongst others.

She has been recognized with numerous awards from recent Cannes in 2013 and 2014, One Show, Spikes, Epica, New York Festival, Adfest to major Chinese award shows, such as China 4A, and Long-Xi.

On business management, she has garnered many prestigious achievements by turning around Publicis China creative reputation from Top 10 to Top 3. Under her leadership Publicis China were twice awarded the ROI's 'Best Creative Agency of the year" in 2009 and 2012. And prior to her China role, she led D'Arcy and Publicis Taiwan winning the "Agency of the Year" award in 2000 and 2006, respectively.

Her other achievements in the industry includes the China Advertising Industry's 'Outstanding Woman of the Year in 2009' for her contributions to the industry.
