Gian Carlo Lanfranco and his partner Rolando Cordova have spent the last 10 years living around the globe, working for the most respected advertising agencies. Originally from Lima-Peru, Gian is considered one of the most international Peruvian creatives. He currently works as a Creative Director at Havas Worldwide New York and is co-founder of his creative collective based in Lima.

Before landing in New York, Gian spent two years in Paris working at the French hot shop Fred & Farid, creating global work for the iconic brand Orangina.

Prior to his Parisian experience he lived for five years in Amsterdam working at Wieden+Kennedy. There he created global digital work for Coca Cola and at BSUR where him and his partner worked as the leading team on the global MINI business. They were responsible for the multi awarded launch of the MINI Countryman and the MINI Coupe. And, they also taught at the Miami Ad School in Amsterdam—sharing their experiences with up-and-coming talent.

Before Amsterdam, Gian Carlo worked for two years at Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore, helping the agency become "Agency of the year" two years in a row.

Gian started his career in Saatchi & Saatchi Peru where he won the first ever Future Lions in Cannes.

His work has been recognized at all the major advertising festivals, including: Cannes Lions, The One Show, The Clio Awards, Art Directors Club, London International Awards, Eurobest, Epica Awards, Young Guns, New York Festivals and Ojo de Iberoamerica.

He also served as juror and speaker at "The One Club," "El Ojo de Iberoamerica" and "Dubai Lynx Festival."
