Recognized in 2015 by Ad Age as one of the industry's "40 Under 40" and by Business Insider as one of "30 Most Creative Women in Advertising," Xanthe is currently Chief Creative Officer and Partner of Los Angeles-based boutique agency Pitch. Since joining the agency in 2013, she's helped boost Pitch into the national spotlight. Her work earned the agency a spot on Ad Age's "Agency to Watch" A-List and a Silver in the Small Agency Awards in 2014.

Over the past two years of her creative leadership, Xanthe has helped the agency realize double digit growth in both revenue and talent and has been instrumental in landing multiple accounts including Pepsi, Bonefish Grill, Haggen Food & Pharmacy, Konami, San Manuel Casino, Citrix, Weingart Center for the Homeless, Meineke, Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History, Maaco, Closet Factory, Pinkberry and Living Spaces.

Prior to joining Pitch, she worked at TBWA Chiat Day Los Angeles where she led efforts on Pepsi Global, Diet Pepsi, Kraft, Pinkberry, Bare Escentuals and Stacy's Chips. She's also worked on ESPN, Budweiser, Playstation, Visa, Hillshire Farm. In addition to helming Pitch's internship program the PJs, or Pitch Juniors, Xanthe is an active participant in the 3% conference. Xanthe has also been cited by numerous press outlets, including AdWeek, Creativity and the New York Times for her work in addition to all the major industry award shows.

A designer at heart, she was born and raised in the heart of San Francisco but now lives in Pacific Palisades with her husband, daughter and Olde English Bulldogge Duke.
