Joe Schrack still has a copy of the very first radio spot he ever wrote. It's on a cassette tape, and it is terrible. But since writing that spot, Joe's gone on to write for world-class hospitals, internationally acclaimed restaurants and blue-chip telecom giants. Of course, he's also written spots for muffler shops, horse racing and cocktail weenies. Over the years, Joe has been lucky enough to work for highly regarded creative agencies such as DeVito/Verdi and his current employer, BBDO NY. And thankfully, his writing has improved not only in his own eyes, but in the eyes of the advertising industry as well. In fact, his work has been recognized by almost every major advertising award show in the world. He's even been invited to judge a few of them — proof beyond a doubt that Joe is, at the very least, marginally talented.
