Chosen by Adweek as one of the World´s 100 most creative people in 2018, Pancho has been at the creative helm of LOLA MullenLowe Madrid for the past four years.
During this time, and with a tight team of only 40 people, LOLA was been recognized as the Best Agency in Iberoamerica 4 times and it’s ranked 12th in the world in the 2018 Cannes Creativity Report. The agency boasts 28 Cannes Lions and 2 Gran Prix at the Creative Club of Spain, in addition to creating work for very demanding creative clients like Burger King, Google and San Miguel, among others.
Since starting his career in Chile fifteen years ago, he has amassed over 41 Cannes Lions, 22 Grand Prix and more than 400 awards in the world´s most important festivals including the Effies, D&AD, One Show and the Clios.
Recently, he was named Creative Director of the Year in El Ojo de Iberoamerica 2018 and he is a member of the MullenLowe Global Creative Council.
