As Executive Creative Director, Joel leads M/H VCCP clients in making innovative connections, platforms, and marketing. From overseeing 3000 pieces of content a year for Netflix, to directing seven, hour-long films on Hulu, to managing Audi’s digital and social evolution, Joel is helping M/H VCCP become a leader in the post-advertising world. In the years since his first writing assignment, Joel’s teams have won everything from the Cannes Titanium Lion, to the One Show Integrated Best In Show, to the ADC Hybrid Cube. His work has been featured in Creativity, CommArts, Contagious, and on the front page of Reddit. Joel has identical twin daughters. They do not know or care about any of this about him.
