Nancy Hartley



Nancy Hartley is Joint Creative Director of SapientNitro Brisbane, the agency behind the highly successful Tourism Queensland campaign, Best Job in the World. The campaign was judged Best in Show at the 2009 One Show and has gone on to become the world's most awarded campaign, taking out 3 Grand Prix and 5 Lions at Cannes, among numerous other international accolades.

Nancy and her creative partner and co-CD James Burchill joined the agency in its infancy three years ago. Their stewardship as creative directors has seen the agency more than quadruple in size, going from B&T's Emerging Agency of the Year, to Queensland Agency of the Year two years running, Ad News State Agency of the Year in 2008 and now New York Festival's inaugural Boutique Agency of the Year worldwide.

Nancy began her career as a copywriter at Clemenger Brisbane. On the Ad Age Creativity Awards Report she and James now rank in the world's Top Ten Creative Directors.
