She spent her formative years in the United States without speaking the language (followed by many years with a really thick accent), which taught her the importance of relating to people in creative ways. A skill that has come in handy on more than one occasion during her career. 
 From Pereira & O’Dell to FCB, Elaine has worked for all kinds of agencies and created high-profile work for the likes of Levi’s, Warner Brothers, PepsiCo, Instagram, Hyatt, Campari, Hotwire and Electronic Arts. She led one of the top 5 TikTok challenges of all time, her work was applauded and shared by Gloria Steinem, she created branded content that won Fan Favorite at a major film festival, and one of her gaming campaigns was so effective it had to be pulled so her client could keep up with demand. While her body of work is extremely diverse, it all has one thing in common: connection. Whether that means using humor, emotion, or robot technology. The only thing she doesn’t like, is doing the same thing more than once.
