Grace Francis is the Chief Experience Officer at Karmarama, joining in September 2020. Before Karmarama, Grace held the CXO role at Droga5 London, as well as leadership position at Grey and Isobar. Grace specialises in designing and delivering commercial and creative growth opportunities for both agencies and clients. Grace holds deep expertise in product development and marketing for fintech, tech and FMCG clients, extending to corporate innovation, business design and emergent technology propositions.  At Accenture Interactive, Grace is part of the D&I leadership team and the sustainability collective. Beyond the office Grace is the founder of a mentoring service called elsewhere that uses design thinking to help people explore challenges in life and work, lectures at HyperIsland and UAL and is a non-executive board member of Doconomy.  Grace identifies as non-binary and uses the pronouns they/them/theirs.
