Daniel Jontén is the Vice President of Marketing at Klarna, leading global efforts across brand and marketing and focusing on elevating and defining Klarna’s brand identity. He joined Klarna in 2017 bringing a wealth of experience in brand communication, marketing campaigns and digital marketing. Daniel has been a driving force in turning Klarna into a consumer-oriented inspirational brand which has won multiple awards including Eurobest, Obie, YouTube Works, and Adweek’s Out-of-Home Impact awards. Before Klarna, he led global brand and marketing teams and projects at Nike, H&M and The Absolut Company. Daniel currently lives in Stockholm with his wife and three kids.
