As a Creative Director at 215 McCann, Nichole leads teams to develop breakthrough creative on projects for Xbox brand and game titles – most recently launching Xbox’s newest generation of consoles with the Power Your Dreams campaign. She strongly believes that a great creative story doesn’t just influence, it inspires.

Nichole was previously a Creative Director at Heat, where she’s developed campaigns for EA, Hotwire, Ubisoft, Bank of the West, Dolby and The San Francisco Aids Foundation. Over her last 13 years in advertising her work has been recognized at Cannes, the Effies, National Addys, Clios, Shorty and Webby Awards.

She is an upper-intermediate philatelist, a mom to both the fur and human baby variety, and if there was any question, yes, Nichole does play video games.
