Barbara is a Creative Director at The Monkeys, Sydney. 
Prior to her time at The Monkeys, where Barbara has created award winning campaigns for clients IKEA, Berlei, NRMA Insurance, MLA and Sydney University, Barbara worked at at Publicis Mojo Melbourne and Wieden+Kennedy London. Her previous work includes campaigns for brands such as Nike, Lurpak, Victorian Tourism, Nestle, Yakult and Cadbury. 
Her work has been awarded worldwide at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clios, One Show, Webbys and New York Festivals, and during her time at The Monkeys has helped them win Australian Agency of the Year 8 times across 4 National and APAC shows.
Passionate about nurturing young creative talent, Barbara has been a tutor and guest lecturer at AWARD. She has also taught at Creatable, a creative technology curriculum encouraging more female students to pursue STEM as a career.
