Starting the agency in January 2017 with no clients – but a strong creative conviction – in three short years they rose to become Campaign Brief’s The Work 2020 “Number 2 most awarded agency in Australasia, thanks to metals collected at One Show, New York Festivals, Clio, Ad Fest and Ad Stars. Off client they won against agencies 10 x their size, including Krispy Kreme, Vivo Mobile Phones, Nestle All Purpose Cream, Hilton Hotels, Resorts World, Max’s Restaurants and Smart Telecommunications,

Prior to that, Andrew was Board Member of the Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide Creative Council, Chief Creative Officer / Equity Partner of the Saatchi & Saatchi Philippine office, Regional Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Asia, Executive Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore/, Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi London/Europe and Senior Creative at Publicis Worldwide (Europe/US), and Senior Creative at BMF Australia and Cummins & Partners Australia. Andrew has won at all international award shows collecting amongst others-Grand Prix at the New York Festivals, Silver at D&AD, 4 Gold Lions at Cannes, 3 Best of Shows at AD Fest, and 2 Gold at AWARD awards. And he’s won “Creative Agency of the Year’ titles with every agency he’s led.
