As Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Mailchimp, Gene leads a very talented multidisciplinary team of CX, Brand, Product, and Operations professionals responsible for delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience. He partners closely with peers in strategy, product, marketing, engineering, and customer support to help drive a culture of inclusive co-creation to benefit Mailchimp’s customers and the business outcomes.

Before Mailchimp, he led a global cross-functional team at PlayStation where he was responsible for the product and service experiences across game consoles, web, mobile, and VR while driving towards a user-centered culture. Gene was also fortunate enough to work at Nickelodeon, Scholastic, Landor, Y&R, and several other great brands leading user experience, branding, advertising, and design.
