Martin N. Furze Is a multi award-winning Creative Director and film director. He always strive for ideas that push behavioral change. He has won 25+ of the most sought after awards in the creative industry this past year, including Gold and Silver Pencil in One Show, Silver D&AD, D&AD Impact, a Silver Cannes Lion, Gold and Silver Clio, and Young Directors Award in Cannes Gold and Silver.

His one man Agency No Sleep was just named the top 5 most winning agency in Denmark. He comes from a family of film directors, while starting out as a concept creative. This hybrid background enables him to see ideas from a conceptual standpoint while always thinking about the execution of the final product. Other notable wins include creating and co-directing VW’s most sold film in it’s brand history, winning a Danish Grammy for Art Direction, being nominated for the danish biggest film award The Bodil, for his work on a documentary and going viral with his job application No Sleep- The Wake Up Call, into the ad industry.
