Nicole believes that creativity's greatest strength is in its ability to solve problems. Rather than pitch ideas she believes in rolling up her sleeves and working alongside her client partners to get under the hood of their needs.

Based on this belief she started Abel Creative Consultancy alongside longterm creative partner Simon Fowler, where they’ve attracted clients like Macquarie Bank, Google + Just Eat.

Throughout Nicole’s successful career she has picked up Pencils, Lions, Effies and many other awards - including a coveted D&AD Black Pencil.
