Erwin Federizo is an award-winning creative director with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Group Creative Director at Anomaly LA, he leads with a passion to lift diverse cultural perspectives and creativity with global relevance.

Prior to Anomaly LA, Erwin served as GCD at 72andSunny LA and as the Global Executive Creative Director in-house at Vans, where he led a multi-disciplinary creative department across several offices around the world.

Before Vans, he spent five years at Wieden+Kennedy New York including a stint at the Shanghai office. At Wieden+Kennedy NY, he was an integral leader on the ‘RE2PECT’ Derek Jeter campaign for Nike’s Jordan Brand, winning him a Cannes Grand Prix Titanium Lion. He also helped create and record Jeff Bridges 'Sleeping Tapes', an album tied to the 2015 Squarespace Super Bowl ad that spent 10 weeks on Billboard’s New Age album chart.

Erwin now lives in Los Angeles with his most critical fans- wife Mona, two sons Carson and Gavin and his dogs Bacon and Sadie.
