Everyday it get's more relevant to understand that our decision should not be about having or not impact on people's lives - but which impact we choose daily to have. And I've always believed on the impact of relevant and genuine conversations. Real and sometimes difficult talks. With as many voices as we can have the privilege to listen. That's why every ideia, every content, every campaign I help to build everyday is powered by amazing people, insightful conversations and great impact.

My journey includes a few years as a creative copywriter working with many incredible agencies and brands like Mutato, JWT, Avon, Facebook, MESA, BMG, Unimed, Skol and also a personal project personal project that I started by gathering 10 women at a table, with wine and shared ideas about the creative industry in Belo Horizonte. Two years and several meetings after, I helped to build a network with more than 400, committed to changing the scenario of representativeness in the creative industry, from behind the scenes to the productions that go to the street. This network was Navaranda, a platform for connections and content, that I proudly built with amazing partners. It was thanks to this work that, in 2018, I represented Brazil in Cannes at SEE IT BE IT, a program that selects 20 global leaders who are questioning the communication market and creating solutions for gender equity.

Now, my challenge is to build the future of beauty. In 2019, I joined Sallve's team as a copywriter and now I'm the Creative & Comms Director, responsible to lead the way we co-create our formulas, campaigns and content through insightful and relevant conversations with our community.
