Throughout his career, Sergio has led his teams to be recognized twice in AdAge’s A-List, and be named 5 times Multicultural Agency of the year in the USA. He has always been a progressive voice in the advertising industry, advocating for diversity and inclusion since before the terms were part of every conversation. Sergio earned his EMBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership and was crazy enough to deep dive into a PhD at the University of Texas in Austin.
