Integrated Creative Director Steve brings over 10 years of experience in both the on and off-line worlds of advertising, and is one of the partners at VCCP London. Steve works across VCCP's key accounts including; Diet Coke, Dyson, Nestea, Jordans, ING Direct, O2, Coca Cola, Hyundai, FedEx and Wedgwood. Coming from FCB San Francisco, Steve was responsible for the creative output of the Interactive Department and ensuring that the interactive portion of any campaign was part of a fully integrated solution. He has been involved with producing integrated campaigns for Compaq, Major League Baseball, Avaya, Microsoft's Ultimate TV, Janus, Levi Strauss & Co., Paramount, XBox, Coors Light, CNN, Blueshield, Lucas Arts, SF MOMA and Taco Bell. Previously, he served as the Interactive Creative Director of WCRS Arnold Worldwide Partners in London, where he was integral in establishing their interactive arm, e-brands. While there, he worked on accounts such as BMW, Sega Dreamcast, Orange, Cannon, KLM and Land Rover. His Superstitial work on BMW was the first ever 'e-ad' to be chosen as Campaign Magazine's "Pick of the Week", and also the best interactive ad of the year. During his time in London, Steve was also Creative Director at Modem Media where he built his reputation producing award winning websites and on-line advertising campaigns for IBM, General Motors Europe, Unilever, PlayStation, 3Com, Amazon.com and Kodak. Before joining Modem Media he spent two years as Associate Creative Director in the digital arm of Palmer Jarvis DDB in his native Vancouver. Steve's interactive work has been recognized by the D&AD, One Show's, Clio's, Cannes Lions, the Casies, SF Show, Adweek's MC Icon, Revolution, New Media Age, London International Advertising, the Andy Awards, the Reggies and the Lotus Awards. Steve was also named the number one New Media Creative in Campaign's "10 Hottest New Media Creatives of 2000" as well as making their A List in 2003. Recently, Steve was the Digital Crafts foreman for the 2004 D&AD Awards. Steve has spoken at Shoot Magazine's interactive TV Conference, Yahoo! and Campaign's Digital Arts conference alongside Jerry Yang, Bob Geldof and John Hegarty, judged the Icon and Web Awards, has had his work featured in the FT, Adage, written columns for Adweek, Campaign, New Media Age, Cre@te Magazine, and conducted television interviews with the BBC.
